An experienced marketing professional with years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, professional athletes, and universities across the United States, Elle leads UPsource’s digital marketing team in creating and managing social media and Google Ad content. Elle directs the digital marketing training program offered to young Africans and oversees marketing content quality and strategy.

A graduate of marketing and communications from Africa Bible College, Mpho has over 10 years experience in leading marketing programs, with specialities in videography, radio, and social media. Mpho serves as an on-the-ground manager and trainer of marketing apprentices, and as well as directly working on various marketing accounts.

The director of one of America’s Top Ten Internship Programs for over 20 years at Northwestern Mutual, Michael brings years of sales and training experience to Upsource. Michael visits Africa several times a year and leads the leadership development aspects of the marketing training program. Michael also plays a critical role in account management and partner engagement.

A college graduate from Lilongwe’s top agricultural university and graduate of the NextGen Technology and Agriculture graduate program, Sarah believes in the power of integrating agriculture and digital technology. At Upsource, Sarah serves as a digital marketing associate and works along side Elle and other experienced marketings to create engaging content.

A graduate of Wheaton College with a degree in humanitarian response and a Masters in international development, Leif has worked with various non-profits, social enterprises, the United Nations, and development research organizations with the aim of creating opportunities for people to move ahead in life. Leif is the founder of Upsource and the co-founder of Small Farm Cities Africa. Leif lives in Lilongwe, Malawi.
